OUR COMMITMENT

At The Studio, we have never liked the term "personal trainer" as it creates an image of someone showing you how to "use the machines" while talking with others or checking out instagram!

Our approach is MUCH different.

​

We specialize in individual care, program design, and post rehab to elite performance training. Our specificity to take care of each client and their fitness and health related goals is what makes us the best one-on-one training studios in the Denver area.

​

Since 1999 we've asked ourselves and our clients what is vitally important, and we arrived at a method that is personal, effective and proven to be successful.

​

It doesn’t matter if you’re new to this or ready to take it to the next level. Here, we will personally guide you down a path to get you where you want to go.

​

HOW OUR PERSONALIZED SYSTEM  WORKS

No matter who you are or how you come in, we treat everyone the same, with respect, care, integrity and honesty. Whether you choose to get an a-la-carte training program or become a weekly member, we will take you through our system proven to yield results and it goes like this...

​

  1. First session- client history review and physical/movement evaluation

  2. I take this information and combined with your answers in the client history, any relevant images like X-rays or MRI's, I create your program which is a combination of mobility, flexibility, stability, posture, ELDOA joint decompression and weight training (if applicable).

  3. Second session- I teach you your program and you get it emailed to you with videos and I provide you with a manual with pictures and descriptions of each prescribed move. We can even take videos on your own phone if helpful.

  4. If you are member then I get to see you every week and we constantly work to move you in the direction you are seeking. If you choose the a-la-carte, then you work for 5-6 weeks then you return and we do steps 1-3 and teach your your next step in your progression.

  5. When needed I will refer out to allied professionals to help you with any issues outside the scope of my care. This includes physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedics, etc.

TRAINING SERVICE OPTIONS

Payment options include- Venmo, credit card, check, cash, Zelle

​

1) Personal Training Monthly Membership (each session is 50-60 mins)

$135/per session and you can choose one, two or three sessions per week depending on availability. A three, six or twelve month commitment is required for the membership. Everything listed above is included with membership including: Soft tissue therapy, nutrition coaching, "owned" time slot each week (if available), access to my medical referral team and honestly anything else I can do to help you be successful!

2) Personalized a-la-carte training plan (designed to last 4-5 weeks)

$325 as described above in steps #1-5.

​

3) Small group personal training sessions- (limit of 6 people per session, 50 minute sessions)

​

We will also be hosting small group personal training sessions golf and cycling specific PT sessions. 

Every month you will get:

  1. A print out and pdf of a new program you will be taught and be able to do on your own time. This is in addition to the weekly training sessions!

  2. One-on-one attention (thus the "personal training" and only six attendees) to help you with your movement style and need for awareness. Coaching in flexibility, joint mobility, specialty joint decompression exercises, and pain management strategies

  3. Lifestyle and nutrition support

  4. Not only do you get #1 but we will also being doing muscle burning training circuits that make you a better athlete no matter your goals and where you are starting!

No sign up fees! Cost is:

-Four sessions per month*- $219

-Eight sessions per month*- $399

*This is a monthly membership till cancelled... we want you to learn and be successful that's why.

And please remember this is not a group exercise class, this is small group personal training.

Dee has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 30 years, riding and racing mountain bikes since 1989, and working directly with professional and gold medal-winning athletes, including the Yeti/Fox Factory Race Team. He’s been developing a unique system of cycling training plans for mountain bikers, road, gravel and moto riders and racers since 1999 and has tested every part to get you results.

As Colorado’s leader in golf fitness for the last 24 years I’ve sought the best in the world to learn from which has resulted in becoming a level 3 Titleist Performance Institute professional, a SOMA Golf Trainer, a soft tissue specialist, ELDOA Trainer, and 3X Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Instructor. I use all these techniques to help make my golfers the best they can be on and off the course.

ELDOA is the active use of reinforcement exercise movements, myofacial stretches and posture techniques which aim to increase the space between joints and lengthening the spine. â€‹â€‹

Performing the ELDOA movements work for the average person, to the professional athlete and should be considered an important part of your overall lifestyle.
